I met up with Louise and Greg in Nethercourt Park, Ramsgate in all of the snow today. They got engaged over Christmas and went to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park after an exciting trip to Tiffany, so an engagement shoot in the snow couldn’t have been more fitting! This end of Kent had been relatively unaffected by the snow until today when the beautiful flakes descended on us. The park was alive with people as this is one of the only areas with hills good enough for sledging. When we’d spoken about meeting up, we’d hoped for some snow, but nothing had prepared us for the speed at which the snow was falling which gave some wonderful texture and romance to the images.
So, I may have found a new way of running actions shots……
Greg is first to take on the slopes! We managed to find a quieter one to dodge getting take out by more serious sledders!
It was snow (!) much fun and worth the quick dash in the cold to capture some lovely memories!
